Middle of the seventh. The organ starts and forty-one thousand people stand up for the stretch.

    9:14 pm

The PA reads last call. Beer stops when the inning ends, and everybody on the concourse knows it.

    9:19 pm

This season the line at Stand 14 runs past section 118. Fourteen minutes. They'll hear the bottom of the seventh from the back of it.

    9:19 pm

With us, the order nudge went out in the sixth. Two hundred orders are already bagged on the shelf, the rail pours four beers at a time, and the line's gone before the first pitch.

Move the rush before it starts.

The line at the stretch is a timing problem. Drag the baseball to choose when the app nudges fans to order ahead, add pickup windows, switch the beer rails, and watch the seventh flatten.

    Seven changes to the building.

Two winters of building, all of it finished between the last home date and Opening Day. Nothing closes during a homestand.

    Twenty-four stands, rebuilt

Double-sided counters, a pickup shelf on every one, new hoods and points of sale that take a card in two seconds. Twelve open on Opening Day 2027, twelve more for 2028.

Peak wait per stand, 11 min to 3 min

Order ahead, nudged in the sixth

The app sends one nudge at the moment that flattens the rush, and orders wait in numbered cubbies at eight pickup windows. Fans walk up, scan, leave.

Two in five stretch orders placed before the stretch

    Ten beer rails

Four taps per rail, poured by the rail, paid at the end. A cup every eight seconds at each tap.

Beer line at the stretch, about 4 min

    Riverside Row

Eight Rivergate kitchens in the right field plaza, on two-year rotations. We build the stalls, they cook.

    Local items, 3 to 31 by 2028

    Four walk-out markets

Grab-and-go shops where a camera reads the basket. Water and a pretzel in forty seconds, no counter.

    Average visit, 40 seconds

    In-seat service, 101 to 128

Order from your seat in the lower bowl and a runner brings it between batters, never during a pitch.

From 2028, after the suites contract ends

    Zero-waste back of house

Compost and recycling sorted behind the counter, by staff, so fans never have to guess which bin. A waste report to you after every homestand.

Trash hauled per game, 9.1 tons to 3.4

    The same people, better paid

Every stand worker on your current roster gets an offer at the same wage or better before January 15. Most of them already know where every stand is.

412 offers, all before the first shift

Seven seasons. Two winters of building.

Every build window opens after the last home date and closes before Opening Day.

Four signatures. A straight answer for each.

Each of you asked us one question in the RFP meetings. Here's each answer, with something to check it against.

Will this park be known for its food by 2030?

    MMarcus, Team President

Yes, if the lines go first. Fans don't rate food they waited fourteen minutes for. Pick a season to see where the park stands that year with everything on the menu below.

How long from my seat to food and back?

    PPriya, VP Fan Experience

Pick a section. These are the walk and the wait at the stretch, this season and with us, and how many batters a fan misses on the way.

What does the club keep after paying you?

    TTom, CFO

Today the operator keeps the sales and pays you 38 percent. With us you keep every dollar, food, drink and wages come out at cost, and you pay our fee. Move the two numbers that matter.

    Today's deal, 38 percent of $19.80 a fan$17.5M
With Tableside, after cost and our fee$21.0M
More for the club each season+$3.5M

Can we run a cold Tuesday and a sold-out Saturday?

    LLena, Head of Operations

Same team, different shape. We staff each date from the ticket count three days out and close stands in pairs, so no section is ever more than two minutes from an open one. Tap a home date.

Here's the menu. Build the order.

Seven seasons of fees and building, in one number. Food, drink and wages come out of sales at cost and aren't in it.

    Seven seasons, everything you've picked
    $72,000,000
About $10.29M a season, billed monthly in season

    When you pay, by season

You're choosing between fixing the seventh and fixing the whole night. The base, the rebuilt stands, the rails and order-ahead fix the seventh. The Row, the markets and in-seat service fix the rest of the night. We'd buy all of it. If the number has to come down, drop in-seat service first, then rebuild 18 stands instead of 24.

    The terms, in plain words.

The contract says the same things in more pages. If anything here and the contract ever disagree, this page wins.

    1. Seven seasonsJanuary 1, 2027 to December 31, 2033.
    2. Every dollar of sales is yoursFood, drink and wages come out at cost. You see every invoice in an open book each month.
    3. Our fee, monthly, in seasonBilled March to October. Building work is billed when each wave opens, never before.
    4. A promise on the lineIf the average wait at the stretch runs past six minutes in any month, five percent of that month's fee comes back to you.
    5. Everything we build is yoursCounters, rails, kitchens and shelves belong to the club the day they open.
    6. Your people firstEvery stand worker on the current roster gets an offer at the same wage or better before January 15.
    7. A door outEither side can leave after season three with twelve months' notice. You owe nothing on stands already paid for.
    8. One phone numberOur general manager works from the ballpark, answers to you, and is in the building every home date.

Four things we don't know yet.

We'd rather say so now than find out in March.

    1. 1
Does the Local 212 agreement carry over to a new operator, or do we sign our own? We've asked the union and expect an answer by November 14.
    2. 2
Will the city license self-pour beer rails? Two parks in the state have them. Rivergate's license doesn't say either way. If the answer is no, the rails become staffed rails at the same price.
    3. 3
Who runs the suites in 2027?The current premium caterer holds them until the end of the 2027 season. We've priced suites from 2028 and left 2027 with you.
    4. 4
Is Opening Day still April 2, 2027?If the schedule moves earlier, winter build one shrinks from twelve stands to ten and the other two move to the second winter.

    Swap lineup cards.

Four signatures by November 20 and we start building on January 4. Any later and Opening Day gets eight new stands instead of twelve.
