09:00 THE CUTOFF

Every dot is a place a Tarnwick order can go. Yellow arrives the next day, teal in two. Drag the dial to move the order cutoff and see who still gets next-day delivery, from Bend today or from Parcelyard’s two buildings.

From two buildings the best cutoff is 9:00 p.m. Later than that and the trailers leave without the orders.

Your demand splits about 35 percent west. Match it and both buildings stay full of what sells nearby.

You set the split. We restock it weekly from your purchase orders, and you can change it any Monday from the portal.

CFO. One cost per order, at your volume.

"What does an order cost me in Bend against with you, once you count the lease, the people and November?"

    COST PER ORDER

    Year two volume, both columns

    LineBendParcelyard
Kept by Tarnwick at this volume$0a year
    610,000

At 610,000 orders you pay $0.00 less per order.

Bend’s costs are your 2026 budget lines, as you shared them. The lease, the equipment loan and management stay fixed, so a slow year costs more per order. Past 640,000 orders Bend needs a second building, which is the step you’ll see if you push the volume up.

Postage is passed through at our carrier rates with no markup and isn’t in the $6.8M. It drops because two buildings ship shorter distances.

    Cutoff. The terms,
    in plain words.

    21:00 TERMS

    Three years

The term starts on the first ship date, January 25, 2027, and runs three years from there.

    Rates held

Every rate here is fixed for the first 18 months. After that it rises by no more than 3 percent a year.

    Your stock is yours

Insured at cost while it’s in our buildings. Count it any day on the portal, or come and count it yourself.

    Money back on misses

We ship 99.5 percent of orders placed by the cutoff that night, keep inventory 99.8 percent accurate and restock returns in 48 hours. Each miss in a month takes 5 percent off that month’s pick and pack.

    Peak in writing

From November 15 to December 20 we hold 1,200 orders an hour for Tarnwick, whatever else is in the building.

    Easy to leave

After year one you can leave with 120 days' notice and no exit fee. We’ll load your stock out at cost.

Three things we don’t know yet.

    OPEN

Can we help with this November?

Reno has room for 6,000 Tarnwick orders a day from November 20. It needs your top 300 styles on site by November 13, which is tight from Bend. We’ll tell you yes or no once we’ve seen your purchase orders.

    Routing with your bundles

Your store’s routing app splits orders by zip code. We haven’t run it with your 2,400 styles and the gift bundles yet. One test week finds out.

    The racking in Bend

The April 30 hand-back assumes your landlord takes the racking as it stands. If they want it out, removal is about $38,000, and that isn’t in this price.

    Your call with the landlord

    23:40 LAST TRAILER

The last trailer of the day leaves Reno at 11:40 p.m. Sign below the way you’d sign for a delivery. Signing here is a demo and sends nothing. The contract follows by email for e-signature.

    Or ask us first.

Write the question here and we’ll answer it on the page before Friday. Your Parcelyard lead is Dev, account director, and he reads every one.
