One right revision for every part.
A four-year proposal from Partwise to Kessock Pumps. Your 38,000 part numbers come out of two CAD vaults, the ERP and the spreadsheets and into one product record, one plant at a time.
For Callum, Priyanka, Dana, Marco and the four plant engineering leads. Open until December 4, 2026.
Which revision is the right one?
Your engineers asked us that 23 times across four plant workshops in September
Kessock builds pumps to hundredths of a millimeter and tracks the drawings for them on trust. Two acquisitions left two CAD vaults, an ERP that's become the place people check last, and a spreadsheet for every gap between them.
I open three systems to find out which impeller Tulsa is building this week.
Design engineer, ErieThe bill of materials in the ERP is whatever somebody typed last.
Production planner, SaltilloBrno's drawings are good. We just can't see them from here.

One tick is 100 parts
The parts are excellent. What's missing is one place that says which version of each one is true.

Change one impeller.
Pick a change, choose the route and release it
Every drawing, bill of materials, supplier and plant it touches lights up on the day it hears.
Nothing released yet.
Built back together, one plant at a time.
Scroll and the K80 goes back together. Each part is one phase of the rollout, in the order it has to happen
Five sign-offs. Each one gets a detail view.
Every chapter answers one person's question with Kessock's figures, so nobody needs a call to check it.

How many hours do we lose finding the right revision?
Your September survey put it at 41 minutes a day for each engineer. Move the slider if your own team says otherwise. Each square below is one of your 1,100 engineers.
We put it in writing. Under 15 minutes a day at Erie by month six, measured the same way as your survey, or year two carries a 10 percent credit. It's note 4 in the terms.
What do we connect, and what stays safe?
Six systems meet Partwise. Click one to see how it connects, when it happens and what we need from your team. Two-way links are drawn as gate valves, one-way links as check valves.
Detail B, the coupling, scale 3:1
- Single sign-on through your identity provider, multi-factor enforced. Accounts appear on first sign-in.
- Erie, Tulsa and Saltillo data sits in the US region. Brno's sits in the EU region and stays there.
- SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 reports shared under NDA before you sign.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. Kessock can hold its own keys for the EU region.
- Access by plant and by product line, so restricted drawings stay with the people cleared for them.
- Full export of items, revisions, files and history whenever you ask, in open formats, free.
What do wrong revisions cost us, and when does this pay back?
Your quality team traced scrap and rework to wrong revisions in its 2025 log. Set how much of it you believe Partwise removes. Savings start plant by plant as each one goes live.
All before counting a single engineering hour from Callum's chapter.
Can we prove which revision went into a pump?
Pick a pump that shipped this year. Beside it is its as-built record in Partwise, every part with the revision built and the revision released on the day it was built.
Detail D, the nameplate, scale 2:1
What happens at my plant, and when?
Four anchor bolts hold the K80 to its base and four plants go live in turn. Pick yours for the two weeks around your go-live.
The parts list.
Priced the way Kessock buys, line by line. Every line drops on its own and says what changes. Seats are $32 an engineer a month and $6 a viewer a month for 48 months.
The terms, in plain words.
The order form follows the same numbering
- Four years from January 4, 2027. Prices are fixed for the whole term.
- Seats bill once a year, in advance. Implementation for each plant bills on that plant's go-live day and never before.
- If we cause a plant to slip, its seats are free until that plant is live.
- Under 15 minutes a day at Erie by month six, measured the way your September survey measured it. Miss it and year two carries a 10 percent credit.
- Your data is yours. Export everything, files and history included, at any time in open formats at no charge.
- Both vaults stay readable for 12 months after the last plant using them goes live.
- Add seats any time at the same price. Reduce by up to 15 percent at each anniversary.
- Walk away with 90 days' notice if we miss two go-live dates.
Four holds we haven't cleared.
None moves the price by more than one line. Each could move a date, so we'd rather ask now
Who decides which 2,100 ownerless Brno parts come over?
They have no owner in the Brno vault. If Petra's team retires them, the migration line drops by $9,450.
Does the ERP upgrade stay in 2028?
We've priced one ERP connection. If the upgrade moves into 2027 we'd build against the new version once and skip the old one.
Do the naval pump drawings need their own access group?
If they're export controlled we'd set a restricted group before migration, which adds a week to phase four.
Are Saltillo's fabrication subcontractors among the 140 suppliers?
The portal price covers 140 companies. If they're extra, Saltillo's go-live still holds and the portal opens a month later there.
Five approvals release it.
The same route as a Kessock change order. This proposal holds until December 4, 2026. Release it by then and Erie kicks off on January 4.
Waiting on five approvals. Each one is recorded with a name and a date.
