Vantle drops.Halfcourtruns the room.
A one-year performance and social retainer for every Vantle drop in 2027, from the first teaser to the Monday readout.
Until Fault Line 02 goes live. March 6, 2027 at 10:00 ET. Halfcourt's first drop for you.
Three things you told us in October.
Every chapter below answers one of them. Paul's question gets its own chapter too.
“Fault Line 01 sold out in eleven minutes and almost half of it went to bots. I don't call that a win.”
“We spend hard for three days, then go dark for nine weeks and start from zero again.”
“Every agency deck we've seen makes us look like whoever they pitched the week before.”
One drop, from T-30 to T+3.
Drag the clock through Fault Line 02. Every light on the board is something Halfcourt runs for you, and the panel says who's on it.
Checkout opens
Figures are the plan for a 12,000-pair drop with the waitlist and spend we're proposing. Every Monday readout reports the real ones against them.
Four people sign this.
Each one gets a chapter that answers their question in full, so nobody needs a call to say yes.
Does more reach make Vantle less rare?
You decide how many pairs a drop gets. We decide who gets the chance to buy them.
The waitlist is verified by phone. One number, one entry. Bots and resale accounts lose their head start and the people who wear the shoes get it back. Your scarcity stays exactly where you set it. What changes is who wins it.
Share of pairs sold to verified buyers. If a drop comes in under 80 percent, the room fee for that drop is waived.
Why does everything stop on day three?
Because the budget only exists for drop week. We split it so the next drop starts from the last one's list.
About 70 percent of spend still goes to the drop window. The rest keeps your verified waitlist and your best buyers warm between drops, so Fault Line 03 opens to 61,000 people who already know the shoe.
Plan figures are targets. They're reported against every Monday readout.
Will it still look like Vantle?
More than your last drop did. Every frame starts from your sole, your volt and your type. Halfcourt has no house style to bring.
Your size went fast.
What does one drop cost us?
One number per drop, before media, and it moves with the price builder below.
Halfcourt fees per drop across eight drops. Media spend goes to the platforms directly and isn't in this figure.
What comes back is in the Monday readout after every drop. Cost per pair sold by channel, share of pairs to verified buyers, and the waitlist carried forward, each one set against the drop before.
Build the year.
Set the number of drops and keep the lines you want. The total is exact, and it's what you'd sign.
Drop room retainer
Each drop adds $2,500 a month on top of a $26,000 monthly base for strategy, reporting and the always-staffed planning desk.
Paid media management
Buying, creative testing and the size-by-size pull-back on drop day, across every paid channel.
Spend is paid by Vantle to the platforms and isn't in the total.
Creator program
Forty seeded pairs a drop, a signed roster of runners, skaters and shoe tailors, and twelve months of usage rights on everything they make.
Always-on community team
Two community leads and a moderator running the SMS list, the waitlist and your channels every week of the year.
The first ninety days, then the year.
Fault Line 02 stays on March 6. Everything before it is set up so that date never moves.
Kickoff
A day in your office. We get read access to every ad account and the Fault Line 01 order data.
Audit back
What worked on 01, where the bots got in and the day spend stopped.
Waitlist rebuilt
Phone verification live. Creator roster signed for the year.
Dry run
A small restock run with the full room staffed, start to finish.
Fault Line 02
The first full drop with Halfcourt in the room.
Quarterly reviews
Drop count and media spend can move up or down for the next quarter.
Year readout
Twelve months of numbers, then a renewal conversation on them.
The terms, in plain words.
The agreement says the same things at greater length. Nothing in it contradicts this list.
How long it runs
Twelve months from November 16, 2026. It doesn't renew by itself. We'll ask you in October with the year's numbers in front of us.
How either side leaves
After month six, either side can end it with 90 days' notice and no penalty. You keep everything made up to that day.
Who owns the work
You do, from day one. Every ad account, audience, creative file, waitlist and data set sits in Vantle's name. Creator usage rights for twelve months are included and can be extended.
How media money moves
Vantle pays platforms directly on your own cards or invoices. Halfcourt never marks up media. Our fee is 10 percent of the planned spend, agreed at the start of each quarter.
Changing the drop count
At each quarterly review you can add or remove drops. The room fee moves by $2,500 a month per drop and creator fees move by $32,000 per drop.
Drop-day response
From T-72h to T+72h a named Halfcourt lead answers within ten minutes, day or night. Outside drop windows it's the same business day.
What we don't know yet.
Four things we'd rather ask now than guess. None of them changes the price.
Are the June to December drop dates fixed?
We planned against your draft calendar. If a date moves, the creator wave moves with it, and we'd want three weeks' warning.
For Nadia and InesCan we see returns by size from Fault Line 01?
It decides how many pairs we'd suggest holding back for the restock list on day two.
For TheoWhen does your raffle app contract renew?
We'd keep it through Fault Line 03 and switch between seasons, never in the middle of one.
For PaulDo retail partners get pairs on day one or day three?
Either works. It changes whether their posts run in the room or after it closes.
For Theo and InesSay yes by November 13.
We start November 16 and Fault Line 02 stays on March 6. Accept here and the agreement comes back for four signatures within one business day.
