Every client,
kept in time.

A clienteling proposal from Keeper for the 38 boutiques of Maison Ardent. Three years from January 2027, built around the one thing your team told us keeps them up at night. When an associate leaves, the client goes too.

Six weeks of discovery in September. Twenty-two conversations across nine boutiques and the Geneva office. This is your team's language, played back to you.

The client book is the associate's phone. When she leaves, the book leaves with her.

I can tell the board what a watch costs us. I can't tell them what a client is worth.

Everything after this page answers one of these four sentences. The movement answers the first, the dial answers the second, the allocation module answers the third, and Olivier's chapter answers the last.

Turn the crown.

One client, five years, eight moments. This is what Keeper does for a single person on Maison Ardent's books, from her first visit to Rue du Rhône to the day she's a collector. Drag the crown, slide the track, or pick a moment.

    Inside, five layers.

Keeper is built the way a movement is. Keep scrolling and it comes apart, one layer at a time.

    1. i

      The dial The associate app

What the associate sees. Before Léa walks in, Sophie's tablet shows her wrist size, her watches, her service dates and what she said last time, in the boutique's language.

    2. ii

      The hands Nudges

The moments to reach out. A birthday two weeks away, a service coming due, a novelty that matches a wish she mentioned. Each nudge goes to one associate with one suggested message.

    3. iii

      The bridges Integrations

What holds it in place. Connections to your point of sale, the e-boutique, the after-sales desk and the three brand allocation portals, built and tested in the first 90 days.

    4. iv

The gear train The client record

One record per client across all 38 boutiques. Purchases, services, wishes, conversations and allocations, kept in order and handed over whole when an associate moves on.

    5. v

      The mainplate Consent and data

Everything rests on this. Consent recorded per market, data held in-region, and a full export of every record whenever Maison Ardent asks for it.

Thirty-eight boutiques, one turn of the dial.

Each index on this dial is a boutique. Drag the hand through the 36 months and watch them go live in three waves, with a pilot first and a gate you control.

    Four signatures, four questions.

Each of you asked us something different in discovery. Each chapter answers one of those questions with your own numbers, and everything here moves with the price you choose further down.

    Does it pay for itself?

    01Delphine, Chief Executive

You asked for the one number to take to the board. It's the break-even. Keeper pays for itself if a small share of clients buy one more time each year. Move the slider to set how many, and the price below feeds straight in.

Our planning figures come from your own file. 48,000 clients active in the last three years, an average purchase of $11,800, and a 34 percent margin. Boutiques only count from the month they go live.

What happens to a client when an associate leaves?

    02Marc, Head of Boutiques

Every dot below is a hundred of your 62,000 clients. Set how many associates leave this year. Today, about 60 percent of a leaving associate's book exists only in their phone. With Keeper the whole book passes to a colleague the same day, with an introduction written in the old associate's words.

One record everywhere, and consent right in every market?

    03Inès, Head of CRM

Yes to both, and here's how it's set up market by market. One record follows the client between boutiques. Each associate sees only what that client agreed to in that market.

Léa in Geneva and Léa in Dubai are one client with one history.

What do we pay, when, and how do we leave?

      04Olivier, Chief Financial Officer

The line is everything you'd have paid by each month, drawn from the payment plan you set in the price section. Move the exit marker to any month and see what you'd owe to leave then, and what you'd keep. There are two exits with no fee, at the pilot gate and at the month-18 performance gate.

      The price, line by line.

The licence and the implementation are the same in every shape. Everything else is a line you can drop, and each one tells you what you'd lose. One total, and the payment plan redraws as you go.

        The terms, in plain words.

Eight commitments. The full agreement says the same things at greater length, and it's yours to read before anyone signs.

        I

        Three years, one fixed rate

From 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. All 38 boutiques are covered for the whole term. The rate can't rise during it, and renewal is capped at 4 percent.

        II

        Your clients stay yours

Every record, note and photo belongs to Maison Ardent. Export all of it in open formats whenever you like, and get a full copy within 30 days of the end.

        III

        A gate after the pilot

At month 5 you decide whether to go on. If you stop, you pay for the work done and the licence to that date, and nothing more.

        IV

A performance gate at month 18

If repeat purchases in the four pilot boutiques haven't risen by half a point against the year before, you can leave with no notice fee.

        V

Ninety days to leave after year one

The first twelve months are committed. After that, ninety days' notice ends the agreement, with licence paid only to the end of the notice.

        VI

        Support in boutique hours, everywhere

A reply within 30 minutes while any boutique is open, in its own time zone. Availability of 99.9 percent a month, with service credits if we miss it.

        VII

Data held where the rules ask

A data processing agreement for each region, signed with this proposal. Our latest security review is yours to read before you sign.

        VIII

        Payment you can plan

Quarterly in advance with 30 days to pay, or annually in advance for 2 percent off the licence and modules. One-off work is billed when each wave goes live.

        What we don't know yet.

Three things are still open. Here's what each one changes and when we'll have the answer.

Which point-of-sale version do the six Gulf boutiques run?

If it's the older version, Wave 2 needs three more weeks for those six. Nothing else moves.

We'll know after the discovery visit to Dubai in January.

Will all three brand partners let allocation data sit in Keeper?

Two have said yes. If the third says no, their limited pieces stay on the old waitlist and the module covers everything else.

Their review is booked for 24 November.

Can associates' WhatsApp histories move across?

We need your legal team's view market by market before we touch them. Until then, new conversations start in Keeper and old ones stay where they are.

We'd ask for that view in discovery, month 1.

        Set it running.

Sign by 15 December 2026 and discovery starts in Geneva on 4 January 2027. Your first four boutiques go live in May, and you decide at the gate whether the other 34 follow.
